Dear St. Brigid Families,<\/div>\n

Thank you for your support and collaboration as we have completed our first week of this grand adventure.\u00a0 I continue to be awed by the efforts and dedication of our staff to create such excellent and appropriate online learning\u00a0resources and with the transfer of our textbooks and school resources to strictly home activities.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Week 2 should be even more productive as many kinks have been worked out with some of the resources.\u00a0 Please continue to stay in close touch with your teachers or me with questions, concerns, suggestions and observations.\u00a0 We are here for you and the students and are available\u00a0 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday thru\u00a0Friday in our virtual classrooms and office.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Beginning Monday, we are following the governor’s request to work from home if at all possible, so the school office will be closed to visitors.\u00a0 If you need to get documents or other information to the school office, please mail, email or arrange by appointment for me to meet you at the front door.\u00a0 \u00a0Mrs. Dee Brown and I are constantly checking for emails and phone messages.<\/div>\n

You and your families are in my prayers.\u00a0 Stay well.<\/div>\n

May we who are merely inconvenienced
\nRemember those whose lives are at stake.
\nMay we who have no risk factors
\nRemember those most vulnerable.
\nMay we who have the luxury of working from home
\nRemember those who must choose between preserving their health or making their rent.
\nMay we who have the flexibility to care for our children when their schools close
\nRemember those who have no options.
\nMay we who have to cancel our trips
\nRemember those that have no place to go.
\nMay we who are losing our margin money in the tumult of the economic market
\nRemember those who have no margin at all.
\nMay we who settle in for a quarantine at home
\nRemember those who have no home.
\nDuring this time when we cannot physically wrap our arms around each other,
\nLet us yet find ways to be the loving embrace of God to our neighbors.<\/i><\/div>\n
