I am truly blessed and thankful to be part of the St. Brigid community. The St. Brigid parish and school have excellent reputations with very proud traditions and history of Catholic education and worship. This year St. Brigid Parish will be celebrating 175 years!
I am passionate about the importance of students participating in the sacraments and experiencing the infusion of the Catholic faith into their entire school day! As a Catholic school leader I am guided by the Archdiocese’s Unified Mission: “Vital to the evangelizing and educational mission of the Catholic church, we shall be a Christ-centered community dedicated to faith formation, academic excellence, and individual growth of our students, all rooted in the Gospel message of Jesus.”
My career in Catholic education spans over twenty-eight years. I completed my Masters in Education in 2012 and currently hold an administrator’s license through the Ohio Department of Education.
I have served in positions as a preschool teacher, preschool director, music/choir teacher, youth minister, coordinator of religious education, kindergarten teacher and assistant principal.
I have been extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to work alongside many talented Catholic educators and catechists who have inspired me over the years.

I was born and raised in Butler County, Ohio and after graduating from Wilmington College I married my husband, Gregg. We have been married 33 years. We have lived in Michigan, New York, California and Texas before returning to Ohio to raise our three children. I homeschooled my children for several years before enrolling them in Catholic Schools. I have a daughter who is a business owner, married and lives in Ireland, a daughter who is a large animal veterinary surgeon and lives in Oklahoma and a son who is an environmental engineer, married with two children and lives in Vermont.
I spend as much time as I can with my parents who are in their eighties and look forward to visits from my children and grandchildren. Although I find myself completely immersed in Catholic education, I make sure to spend time enjoying my hobbies which include: sewing costumes and bridal gowns, singing classical art songs, writing children’s books, archery, hunting, fishing and a variety of sports.
