St. Brigid School has a dedicated staff of of eleven full-time teachers ( homeroom teachers PK-8, STEM 7/8/Advanced Math teacher),  and five part time teachers (K-6 STEM, Music, Physical Education/Health, Spanish, and Latin) There are two full time classroom aides and five part time school aides, five auxiliary staff (Counselor, Intervention Specialist, Speech Pathologist, Title One Teacher, and Clerk), one part time tuition manager, one full-time administrative assistant, one full-time nurse and a principal.

On average our teachers have taught for over twenty years with fourteen educators dedicating their entire career in Catholic education.  We have two teachers that have taught for more than thirty six years at St. Brigid.  One of them attended St. Brigid as a student.

A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition Ohio requires all licensed educators to complete manual FBI and BCI fingerprints and to be enrolled in the Rapback (Retained Applicant Fingerprint Database) system as a condition of maintaining an active credential as well as submit a B4 form before beginning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
